Carl Smith is the founder and CEO of the Family Inspiration Network, LLC. He was inspired to find a way to reach others, and to fulfill his mission to make a difference in the lives of children everywhere. He has worked with hundreds of children through the years in his church, as a coach in several sports, and as a Director for an Upward basketball league for the past ten years. He has also had the opportunity to spend some time with children in North Africa while on some mission trips.

Professionally he has been a small business owner and has spent most of his career as a banker and a financial planner. He and his wife, Lynn, have two adult sons, Darin and Tony.

Lynn has spent all of her adult life ministering to others, both as a Registered Nurse and as an ordained Baptist minister. She has had the opportunity to go on medical mission trips to Mexico and Angola. Through those trips she has also seen how children worldwide all want the same things: love, hope, and support.
